DESIGN OVERVIEW

• The unit is located in a clean atmosphere in a non-pollution zone far from dust & smoke. Adequate greenery is provided around the unit to avoid dust generation in premises.
• Having a build up area of 1,25,000 square feet.
• Core manufacturing area constructed with clean room metal modular partition.
• Complete Epoxy flooring in RM stores, dispensing and sampling areas, manufacturing floor, quarantines, wash/cleaning area.
• Separate entry for core and non core area workers.
• All core area rooms supported by an independent MAL (men air lock) and PAL (personnel air lock)
• All change rooms having a concept of secondary and primary change rooms Automated access control system.
• All MAL and PAL are controlled with door interlocking system, installed on at least 200+ doors.
• Authorized entry and exits are controlled by access control system.
• Unidirectional flow of men and material.
• Class 1 lac (core areas and core area corridors) with Hepa 99% efficiency.
• Separate sampling and dispensing booths.
• Separate stores for active API, Active foils, PVC, Secondary Packaging Material and Finished Goods.
• Separate equipment cleaning and storage area.
• All corners duly cover with epoxy or powder coated aluminum coving.
• Automated dispensing of IPA and MDC under RLAF controlled by PLC.
• Water system as per latest guidelines (automated in loop with a 24 movement and supported by an automated genset back, dedicated up to avoid any break down)
• 64 Ahus placed in the plant with a back up of 45 ton of chilling load.
• Building Management system in place to control HVAC operation.
• 300+ fire alarm detectors placed in the plant for smoke and heat detection controlled by a dual panel display system having trace ability detector wise.
• In-house water and sewerage treatment system.
